When will I receive my order?

  • Delivery time is the sum of handling time and shipping time. After you place an order, we will confirm the order information with you via phone or WhatsApp. Once you agree to ship, the goods will be shipped within 1 working day. Shipping time depends on your area. Greater Accra Region usually takes about 1-2 working days, Ashanti Region, Eastern Region, Western Region, Central Region Usually takes about 1-3 working days, Bono Region, Bono East Region, Savannah Region, Ahafo Region, Northern Region Usually it takes about 3-5 working days.

I still haven’t received my package. Where is it?

  • We will inform you of the estimated delivery time and tracking information via phone or WhatsApp. Your estimated delivery date includes processing time and delivery time. Please wait for your order to arrive before this date. Please check the shipping tracking number via the URL for details. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us immediately.

Why was my package returned?

  • There may be a variety of reasons why your package was returned to us.
    1. Wrong or incomplete address
    2. Invalid phone number
    3. The rider cannot contact you by phone
    Please keep your cell phone turned on so riders can contact you by phone. Or you can contact us if you have any questions.

Why hasn’t my shipping information been updated?

  • Sometimes, the shipping information may take a while to update. If your shipment originates from our international warehouses, the information might not be updated while it's in transit or clearing customs. Updates will likely resume once it reaches a local shipping station. At times, the shipping company might not have updated the package details. We will try to update that info for you or you can submit a ticket for more help.

Do you have a store I can visit?

  • No. rainbow-rain is strictly an online retailer. In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
